Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2024

01

Our Commitment to Accessibility

The Telldar Holdings Company and its affiliated entities (collectively, "Telldar," "we," "us," or "our") are committed to ensuring that our digital properties are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and we are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

We continually work to improve the accessibility and usability of our websites and digital services, and we apply relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users. Our accessibility efforts are guided by the principles of inclusive design, which seeks to ensure that our digital properties can be used by as many people as possible without the need for adaptation or specialized design.

This Accessibility Statement describes the measures we have taken to ensure the accessibility of our websites, the standards we apply, the known limitations of our digital properties, and the options available to users who encounter accessibility barriers.

02

Scope of This Statement

This Accessibility Statement applies to all websites, web applications, and digital services operated by Telldar or its affiliated entities that link to this Statement. This includes our corporate website, investor portals, client-facing applications, and any other digital properties that we operate and control.

This Statement does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked from our digital properties. While we strive to work with partners and service providers who share our commitment to accessibility, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content or services.

03

Conformance Status

3.1 Target Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. The guidelines are organized around four principles that state that web content must be:

(a) Perceivable: Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive. This means that users must be able to perceive the information being presented (it cannot be invisible to all of their senses)

(b) Operable: User interface components and navigation must be operable. This means that users must be able to operate the interface (the interface cannot require interaction that a user cannot perform)

(c) Understandable: Information and the operation of user interface must be understandable. This means that users must be able to understand the information as well as the operation of the user interface

(d) Robust: Content must be robust enough that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies

3.2 Current Conformance Level

We believe that our websites are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to achieve full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all of our digital properties.

We also monitor developments in accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2 and emerging guidelines, and will update our conformance targets as appropriate to reflect evolving best practices and regulatory requirements.

04

05

Technical Specifications

Accessibility of our websites relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

(a) HTML: We use semantic HTML markup to provide structure and meaning to our content. This includes proper use of headings, lists, tables, forms, and other HTML elements

(b) CSS: We use Cascading Style Sheets for visual presentation, with styles designed to enhance rather than impede accessibility

(c) JavaScript: Where JavaScript is used to enhance functionality, we ensure that core content and functionality remain accessible when JavaScript is disabled or unavailable

(d) WAI-ARIA: We use Accessible Rich Internet Applications (WAI-ARIA) attributes to enhance the accessibility of dynamic content and complex user interface components

(e) SVG: Scalable Vector Graphics are used with appropriate accessibility attributes where applicable

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used. Our websites are designed to be compatible with current versions of major web browsers and assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen magnifiers, and voice recognition software.
